Getting Phone Support

While most image hosts do not provide a phone number, we realize that sometimes a phone call can be a huge help. We provide phone support using a callback system. When you dial-in and leave a message an on-call support representative will be paged with your message and will call you back as quickly as possible.

Before you call, please click here and submit a support ticket first if possible.

GENERAL NON-URGENT PHONE SUPPORT is available between 1:00pm and 7:00pm Eastern Standard Time. If you call outside these hours feel free to leave a message and you will receive a call back as soon as possible.

EMERGENCY URGENT PHONE SUPPORT is available 24 hours a day. Please note that 24/7 is for URGENT MATTERS ONLY (for example - about to exceed bandwidth, account upgrades etc...).

Here are a few things to keep in mind with phone support:

  • Calls are conducted only in English (MEP is based in the USA).
  • You should be at your computer while when you call.
  • Free assistance is limited to issues relating to our hosting services.

Regarding International Phone Support - If you live outside of the United States or Canada, our call time to you will be limited to 10 minutes. However, you will be given the option to call the technician back directly from your line to his.
